How long does a survey take?

Turnaround depends on the survey type and current demand. Feature surveys typically take 5-7 working days from Site Visit. Boundary and construction setouts are faster but with longer lead times. We'll give you a clear timeline when you book.

What's included in a survey?

Each survey comes with a detailed plan, site measurements, and clear communication about what was surveyed. We deliver class leading submission ready documents that are visually appealing with accurate data.

Do you handle subdivisions?

Yes. We do the initial feasibility assessments, the field work and applications as well as clearances and title applications and lodgements, and we can also guide you through the subdivision process. We've handled thousands of residential subdivisions across Perth and WA, so we know what works.

Can you work around my schedule?

We book surveys to fit your project timeline. If you need a specific date, we'll do our best to make it work. Reliable scheduling is part of what we do.
